The research of this area is promoted to improve the qualification and management of the workforce of each organization meeting the challenges of sustainability and increasing the added value of innovation. Particular attention is given to the needs of new skills to meet technology innovation, to the promotion of an active and innovative culture in each organization and to the harmonic integration of multiple generations and profiles. In cooperation with Area B, an experimental lab will be developed to test and to improve the options and guidelines for marketing and HR Management. This special collaboration is developed with Aarhus Business School of Denmark.
